The Mordaunt Short Alumni 5 is a slim, modern-designed center from the highly acclaimed Alumni series. The speaker uses Mordaunt-Short’s famed CPC (Continuous Profile Cone) technology, recognizable by the seamless, white aluminum mid-woofers without a dust cap. Thanks to the fully magnetically shielded and nicely rounded enclosure (finished in high-gloss piano lacquer), it reduces internal resonances and can be placed flush under a television screen without interference. It delivers a razor-clean, bright, and highly well-defined reproduction of movie dialogue.
