Refined and elegant pedestal with lid (usable as a favor or cookie jar), entirely made in high-purity pewter (95%), as certified by the original hallmark on the base.
The piece stands out for a classic, ribbed design, featuring deep, overlapping horizontal bossing that creates a beautiful play of light and reflections on the glossy surface.
The coordinated lid is topped with an elegant apical finial in the shape of a finely worked pinecone/bud.
The mark impressed on the bottom reads "AR. PE. PELTRO 95%" set inside the typical shaped cartouche, guaranteeing authenticity and the excellent Italian craftsmanship of the late twentieth century.
