Aurora Workum Atelier - Vase - kerfsnee - Ceramic

This is a rare Frisian kerfsnee vase, an authentic handmade collectible from Frisian Workum. This type of earthenware is decorated with traditional kerfsneden (Frisian ceramic carving / incisions). The geometric patterns, circles and sunbursts are carefully hand-carved into the clay. Vases with this specific cutwork and design typically date from the 1930s to the mid-20th century. This vase is in good condition, with dimensions: height 21 cm, width 15 cm, and top diameter 10 cm. Everything is well packed.
