Rare Nymphenburg coffee/moka service - 11 pieces with tray - Botanical Gold and Green Decoration - Signed H. Oehme - Art Nouveau / Jugendstil (1911-1920)
Precious and rare tête-à-tête coffee/moka service in very fine porcelain, entirely made and hand-painted by the renowned Porzellan Manufaktur Nymphenburg (Munich, Germany). The set dates from the period between 1911 and 1920, in full Jugendstil / Art Nouveau style. The exceptionally valuable collectible element is the green bottom signature "H. Oehme.", autograph of the renowned painter and artistic director Hugo Oehme, who worked at the manufactory during that decade. The decoration (Model 365, Decor 4081) features a botanical motif of green foliage finely miniaturized, enriched with luxurious profiles and details in bright polished gold, brush-applied.
