This set consists, in addition to the standard eight coins, of an extra two-euro coin that is partially colored.

The set comes in a storage box; this box is, in turn, placed inside a storage case (see photos above for more information).

These coins are minted in Proof quality. They are struck with polished planchets and dies to give them extra shine. The dies are used for striking a limited number of coins. Each coin is hand-struck piece by piece, inspected, and individually packed in a capsule.
