Shipping and Handling Policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, Mini mail, etc., for shipping.

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, and Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for damage, loss, or value reduction that may occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or delivery delays.

Non-cancellable cases:

- Condition of the outer packaging of unopened packs (not included with this item)

- Minor exterior damage (slight deformation, dents, scratches) which we will treat as a shipping issue.
