Description:
For sale is a beautiful and rare antique balancing coffee machine (the so-called “Cafetière Siphon”) from the era of French Historicism (ca. 1880). An absolute splendor of French way of life from the late 19th century!
IMPORTANT COLLECTOR’S NOTE:
This is a guaranteed genuine, historical original from the epoch (around 1880) and explicitly NOT one of the cheap, modern imitations or replicas from China/Belgium that are often found online! A connoisseur can tell the difference immediately by the authentic aging of the materials, the quality of the hand-painted porcelain, and the fine craftsmanship of the metal parts.
Special Details & Features:
• Materials: The water container is made of fine, hand-painted porcelain with elegant floral decoration and noble gold trim.
• Design: The richly adorned gold-colored frame stands on a solid alabaster/marble base. A striking eye-catcher is the magnificent spout valve, designed as an artistic dragon head.
