The golden and carefree years of the (19)60s, adolescence, summer, the beach, the forest, and your favorite music at hand thanks to this trinket: nostalgia and bygone memories, brought back by this small portable turntable (Germany), which has been fully restored and is ready for daily listening pleasure.
The cabinet has been deeply cleaned and touched up where needed. Very light signs of aging and use remain visible (see photos). The locks and the interior lining of the lid are new.
Old and battery-hungry original transistor amplifier (500mW) replaced by a modern and ultra-efficient class D, 3-watt amplifier. Power supplied by 4 x 1.5V C-type batteries (included).
Maintain the primitive high-speed regulation.
Defective ceramic element replaced by a new unit with readily available and inexpensive replacement needles (more explanation in the included manual).
2 cracks in the tonearm, which do not affect its proper operation.
Only suitable for 17 cm 33 and 45 rpm records. Speed regulation 33-45 by adjusting the conical motor shaft.
Spindle adapter and stroboscope disk included.
