MAW & Co was then the largest tile producer with more than 20 million pieces per year! The classic decor is relief-decorated using Dust-pressed technique where clay powder is pressed under high pressure into a mold. The tile is in good used condition, with only some small glaze damages and fine scratches. The back is marked with the factory name. I pack the tile(s) with great care. I have been trading antique tiles for almost 20 years. I sell medieval lead glazed floor tiles. Italian, Spanish and Portuguese tiles from the fourteenth to the eighteenth century. Dutch tiles from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, as well as tiles from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco period. I sell at special tile fairs in Germany and England, through Catawiki and eBay and through my website.
