Murano: 2 wall sconces with two arms each
Made by a Murano master in the 1970s/1980s with clear opaline glass, no longer produced for many years.
Very rich in detail.
They were in the workshop of a Murano furnace that closed in the early 2000s, but made much earlier.
Each wall sconce consists of two opaline arms with gilded cups facing upward; three low curved leaves and in the center a flower and two tall leaves.
All pieces are handmade and no two are identical.
Complete. Height: 45 cm. Width: 25 cm. Depth: 20 cm.

I mainly collect Murano chandeliers thanks to the collaboration with some companies that restore apartments and palaces in Venice. In this way, over time, I have recovered the chandeliers of elegant and often ancient houses in the lagoon and in the nearby areas.
Murano glass has an incomparable charm: every piece, even the simplest, has a story hidden in its fragility and its iridescent light.
