Since the 17th century, the Giusti family has cared for its Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that yields complex flavor harmonies and exceptional products appreciated around the world.
Five bottles in the "Champagnotta" 250 ml format of highly prized Modena IGP Balsamic Vinegar, packaged in their own elegant case.

Pride of Giusti’s vinegar-making art, the “Banda Rossa” was the personal gift from Uncle Giuseppe to the current family members. Full-bodied and substantial, it stands out for unmistakable complexity and aromatic richness. Among others, notes of prunes, black cherries, and a sweet spiciness infused by the ancient woods in which it rested, lasting long after tasting.
Ingredients: cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In batteries of antique casks dating from the 1700s-1800s. A limited quantity drawn once a year.
