The bond between the Romano family and olive oil began in 1959, when the Romano brothers, driven by their desire to honor their father Pasquale, took over the first olive oil mill in Bronte on the western slope of Etna. Thanks to a strong passion for olive oil, the management today, now in its third generation, represents a leading presence in the Sicilian artisanal olive oil sector. With a marked inclination toward innovation and a precise production philosophy. To promote the most suitable olive-growing areas among the slopes of Etna and the Simeto valley, and prioritizing the finest autochthonous varieties and the national varieties best adapted to our territory, enhancing the raw materials with careful olive selection and meticulous attention to work in the mill, in the extraction, storage, and bottling stages.
