The vase features Gerd Bøgelund’s distinctive sculptural design with finely carved vertical relief decoration, enhanced by a soft mottled green-grey glaze with subtle earthy tones. Its elegant oval form and narrow neck make it ideal for displaying a single flower while also serving as a striking decorative object in its own right.

The underside bears the Royal Copenhagen hallmark together with Gerd Bøgelund’s artist’s monogram (GB), confirming its authenticity.

Condition:
Overall in very good vintage condition. The rim has a small imperfection, visible in the close-up photograph. The base also shows a minor imperfection. These characteristics are clearly shown in the photographs and do not affect the stability or functionality of the vase.
