Crafted in a beautiful amethyst crystal, this refined decanter displays graceful proportions and exceptional French craftsmanship. Models of this type were produced by Saint-Louis in both clear and coloured crystal, with coloured examples being particularly prized by collectors today.
The decanter is preserved in excellent antique condition, with no chips or cracks observed. It displays only light age-related wear, along with some internal traces of time consistent with its age and careful preservation. This model is documented in historical Saint-Louis catalogues, and a scan of the original catalogue page is included in the listing for reference.
Please note that the stopper is not original to the decanter.
