Large gilded carved wood oval wall mirror – Italy, mid-20th century
Elegant oval wall mirror made in Italy around the mid-20th century, characterized by a refined frame in gilded wood with a fine hand-engraved geometric decoration and punched along the entire profile. The workmanship, formed by diamond motifs and small dotted engravings, gives the frame a sober yet extremely refined appearance, typical of Italian artisanal production of the period.
