Sansui - C-2301 VINTAGE Solid state integrated amplifier

The deep black faceplate, large master-volume dial and dark wooden side panels give this Sansui C-2301 a wonderfully serious presence—the sort of component that quietly becomes the heart of a listening room and naturally draws collectors’ eyes at auction.

[Appearance]

The unit shows visible dust, surface scratches, scuffs and age-related wear, particularly on the top panel and wooden side sections. These honest signs of use remain, yet the substantial controls, fine gold accent line and imposing dark finish retain the dignified character of Sansui’s high-grade audio era. The lettering and selector markings appear generally clear, and the knobs are present as shown. Please refer to the photos for detailed condition.

[Functionality]

I confirmed sound output with INPUT set to CD and OUTPUT set to 1.
There is a slight crackling sound when adjusting the volume.
The indicator light comes on.
I couldn't hear any sound when using the LINE input, but I may have been doing it wrong.
