Gorgeous, very unique dinosaur teeth on display

These remarkable teeth come from a Mosasaurus, a dinosaur that lived about 72 to 75 million years ago.

The Mosasaurus was a creature that lived in and ruled the seas; this species occurred worldwide and could reach up to 20 meters in length. Mosasaurs went extinct when a colossal meteor struck the Earth 66 million years ago.

It was a very active predator with keen eyesight. The skull and jaws were sturdily built, capable of swallowing almost any other animal or reptile.
