Wardrobe in Louis-Philippe style

* Era: Second half of the 19th century (circa 1860-1880)
* Geographic area: Italian/French manufacture
* Material and technique: Solid and veneered walnut wood
* Construction: One-door model with a large central mirror of its time. Top cornice with broken line and rounded corners (a “cappuccino” style), crowned by a cornice with scrollwork and carved foliate volutes, flanked by two turned acroteres shaped like spindles.
* Lower elements: Base with a wide parallel drawer with original mouths and handles. The piece rests on front turned onion-shaped feet and rear block feet.
* Interior: Prepared for a clothes rail (hanging rod).
* Condition: Good overall structural state, original patina. Shows the normal signs of time and wear compatible with the period.
