Shipping and Handling Policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, and Mini Mail for delivery.

Upon receipt of payment, we ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new-year, and Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not assume responsibility for damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs processing, or in transit delays.
