Shipping and Handling Policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcels, Mini Mail, etc.

After payment is confirmed, we ship within 3–5 business days. (Excludes weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, and Obon holidays.)

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs procedures, or transit delays.

- Minor external damage (slight deformation, dents, scuffs) that occurred during shipping will be considered delivery-related.
