Pair of B.L.O. table lamps (Blow Lamp Off), an iconic design creation produced by the Italian company Flos starting from 2001.
Main Features
Designer: Designed by the famous Dutch designer Marcel Wanders.
Concept: The project reinterprets, in a postmodern key, the classic antique candle holder, uniting the traditional archetype with modern technology.
"Magic" Function: The unique feature of this model lies in an integrated electronic sensor. In addition to the usual switch on the cord, the lamp can be turned on and off by blowing forcefully toward the bulb, simulating the real gesture of extinguishing a candle (the two bulbs are for illustration purposes and will not be sent for safety during transport).
Materials: Made with a plastic-printed base and a distinctive circular mirror-like aluminum reflector.
Technical specifications: Supports E14 socket bulbs (maximum 40W), traditionally used with flame-shaped bulbs to reinforce the visual illusion.
Good condition given its age; only one of the two mirrors needs cleaning as the label glue must be removed.
