Vandermolen BV - Samuel Meijering - Box - Plastic - Three Rolykits

The ingenious storage system, conceived in 1973 by film director Samuel Meijering. Meijering, who often disliked the clutter on his desk, became quite distracted during filming and then designed the prototype of the Rolykit out of cardboard.

Together with his classmate from the film academy, Gied Jaspars, Meijering founded the company 'Golden Inventions', which sold the rights to the Rolykit for 1 million guilders to the producer 'Vandermolen' in Purmerend, who proceeded to production.

The Rolykits are made of plastic and have a revolutionary roll-up storage system, which you can unfold in one go while the contents stay neatly in the compartments.
