One Postmodern "Reflex Moon" Table Lamp by Samuel Parker - 1990s
An elegant and highly collectible postmodern "Reflex Moon" table lamp, designed by Samuel Parker for the renowned Italian manufacturer Slamp during the 1990s. The lamp beautifully represents the Italian lighting innovation of the late 20th century. The structured, sharp-lined base is crafted from dark blue and cream white Opalflex (an unbreakable, patented technopolymer that diffuses light with a soft, warm glow).
The body is elegantly held together by two vertical polished brass strips secured with industrial-style screws, which create a striking contrast with the blue polymer. The upper section features a semi-translucent circular disc that effortlessly softens the light, creating an iconic celestial silhouette when turned on.
Dimensions: Approx. 56 cm (Height) x 30 cm (Width) x 14 cm (Depth)

Once switched on, the upper sides of the lamps transform into stylized moons, or a Pac-Man figurine, if you will, eating up the black lamp foot downwards...
