H&C Chodau (Haas & Czjzek) - Plate (14) - Porcelain

Set of flat plates shown in fine white porcelain with a scalloped gold rim, produced by the historic Czechoslovakian manufactory H&C Chodau (Haas & Czjzek).
They present a classic and elegant line, defined by a wavy (scalloped) rim adorned with a thin gold thread.
The H&C mark refers to Haas & Czjzek, one of the most famous and oldest porcelain manufacturers in Bohemia, located in Chodov (Chodau), active since the 19th century and known for the quality of its components.
This type of minimalist tableware but finished in gold generally dates to services produced between the 1930s and the 1950s.
The set consists of 14 flat plates, about 24 cm in diameter.
Good condition with minor signs of time and use.
