This is a hand-knotted Oriental rug, made from durable, natural materials. The knotting technique and the diversity of patterns make this rug a one-of-a-kind piece and emphasize its authentic and artisanal character.

This is a lightly used, cleaned rug that can be laid out as is. Special & beloved rug, a very finely knotted centerpiece. Hand-knotted in Turkmenistan, by the Teke clan(s). Comparable to the better-known Yomut, but even more exclusive. This Teke clan did not knot rugs as often as the larger Yomut clans. Therefore, rarer and full of stories, open to personal interpretation.
