Thonet toilet mirror No. 2, around 1900 Art Nouveau

Restored condition

Beech wood and beech bentwood, brown stained; two-part; with removable and height-adjustable oval mirror; rotatable and swivable; professionally restored; with original brass knobs!

The candle holders that were mounted on the sides are no longer present. Probably one of the candles fell at some point; during the restoration a burn mark was discovered on the top panel. It is part of the history of this beautiful and rare piece.

On the underside of the plywood panel there is a Thonet Waterproof inscription. It also became visible during the professional restoration.

In 2019, a mirror table in the same design and in a comparable condition was sold for €3,000.
