BODYWORK & LACQUER
The BMW E46 M3 Cabriolet has been fully professionally restored and repainted in the original factory color Imola Red. The paintwork is in exceptional condition: even, deeply glossy, and free of scratches, dents, or discoloration. During restoration, several rubbers were proactively replaced, ensuring all doors, windows, and the soft top close perfectly.
The body shows no rust, and there is no weldwork visible or required. All panels fit tightly and the car shows a very neat shut line around. The chrome work and window surrounds are clean, free of oxidation, and in excellent condition. The hardtop is included and equipped with a new headliner.
TECHNICAL
Technically, this BMW M3 is in excellent condition. The engine starts immediately, both cold and warm, and runs smoothly without unusual noises or irregularities. The manual transmission shifts cleanly and without resistance, and the clutch engages properly as it should. There are no leaks from the engine, gearbox, or differential.
Recently, the drive shafts were replaced, along with the rear wheel bearings and wheel hubs, leaving the rear axle construction completely fresh and free of play. The suspension feels solid and stable, with no clunking or creaking noises. The car drives straight, brakes strongly, and shows no technical issues. Tires, belts, and rubber components are in good condition and do not require immediate replacement. This M3 is fully roadworthy and does not require maintenance in the short term.
