Gucci - Board game - Set backgammon da viaggio

This Gucci vintage portable backgammon set is a lovely throwback to any vintage backgammon set. Looking like a briefcase, the dark brown leather exterior opens to reveal a walnut playing surface. White and black backgammon pieces are all present and in perfect condition. Two dice, a doubling cube, and two leather shakers/cups. Green felt insert in excellent condition. The front of the case features the iconic Gucci stripe, secured by brass hardware and inlaid in leather. The overall condition is good, with little wear to the wood and leather. Perfect for use or display. A wonderful piece of Gucci history and a very rare set.
