Description from the seller
"Cinq" is the title of the fifth photo book from Fred Goudon. A rather simple title, and yet it already gives you an idea of the elegant Parisian flair that makes this book something really special. The pictures are staged contained and virtuosic; these men aren't high gloss models, they rather convince with their natural charisma. Goudon perfectly knows how to avoid kitsch; his pictures are intimate, sensual, and touching. With "Cinq" he created another great volume which makes us want more, more, more.
Fred Goudon was born in Cannes in the South of France. He studied journalism and then started working as a press photographer. At the end of the 1980s, he decided to move to Los Angeles as a correspondent for French magazines and newspapers. In Los Angeles, he found his calling for fashion photography and his ability to highlight the beauty of masculinity. Back in France, he dedicates himself to this career and works for model agencies, press, and various ready-to-wear and underwear labels. As an artist and author he has published several photography books and calendars, including the famous Dieux du Stade calendar for the years 2006, 2014, and 2015. Goudon's sixth book, Summer Souvenirs, was published in 2013.
