The piece is characterized by a substantial handle in 800 silver in a classic style with clearly visible hallmarks: the .800 purity mark and the factory stamp "R25 30g" which attests to the amount of silver used for coating the handle. The "R" is the typical hallmark of Rhodes silverware.
The upper part and the movable blade are made of high-quality stainless steel. It features a knurled side wheel that allows millimetric adjustment of the cutting thickness, ensuring perfect truffle slices.
