AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

This fine Amsterdam School / Art Deco clock from the 1920s–1930s is in superb condition and everything is original to this pendulum clock. It was one of my top clocks in my collection, but it may now make another clock enthusiast happy. The case is entirely pristine and made of oak, with a half-oval shape. Notable are the angular, beveled wood sections in the inner section. A model type with the characteristic symmetry (a hallmark of Art Deco), clearly visible on the front. The dial is made of solid brass with the typical Amsterdam School numerals and is mounted on beautifully figured Coromandel wood. The movement has been ultrasonic cleaned and is of good quality, treated with clock oil where needed, and features a round strike. Everything works perfectly and the movement is leveled. This clock is truly a head-turner, striking in shape and in this condition you rarely find them. An Art Deco clock that suits any interior and deserves a beautiful place, or, for a collector, a coveted object. The clock will be shipped with a key and packed and sent with the utmost care.
