Description from the seller

This is a pair of neoantique French wall lamps (appliques) in the flamboyant Louis XV or Rococo style, made of gilded bronze.
Each wall lamp features two arms that transition into graceful candle holders, adorned with the typical asymmetric acanthus leaves and scroll motifs from that stylistic period.
What makes this particular set unique is the central decoration of a small figure playing a musical instrument or wearing a hat.
