Takahashi Shoken - Gold - 2002

Controversial book by Takahashi Shoken that photographs three Romanian gymnasts, Lavinia Milosovic, Claudia Presăcan and Corina Ungureanu. Lavinia Milosovic is considered one of Romania’s best gymnasts and one of the most prolific female Olympic medalists in history, with a total of 19 Olympic medals between 1991 and 1996; she was also the last gymnast to receive the perfect mark of 10.0 at an Olympic competition. Claudia Maria Presăcan is a world-class Romanian artistic gymnast who competed between 1994 and 2000. She was a three-time team gold medalist at the World Championships with the Romanian team and was also a member of the Romanian team that won the gold medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. Corina Georgiana Ungureanu is a world-class Romanian artistic gymnast who competed internationally between 1993 and 1999. She was a member of two World Championship gold medal-winning teams and was European Champion in 1998 on floor exercise. After retiring from gymnastics, she caused some controversy by posing nude for the January 2000 issue of Playboy Romania. These images were reprinted in Playboy Japan in May 2000 and led her to produce a nude photo book. In 2002, together with her former teammates Lavinia Miloșovici and Claudia Presăcan, Ungureanu appeared in two Japanese DVDs, Gold Bird and Euro Angels, which included scenes of the three gymnasts performing gymnastics routines topless. At the same time, this nude photo book, LCC Gold, appeared. The book is in good condition, with a plastic protective sleeve over the cover.
