Special note on the expiration of the right of withdrawal:
Some items in this package (in particular the official Tournament Booster Packs as well as factory-new accessories) are delivered in original sealed or shrink-wrapped condition. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 6 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the seal on these specific products is removed or opened after delivery. A return of the complete package is therefore excluded once sealed individual components have been opened or altered. The package can only be returned under the right of withdrawal in full and in the unopened original condition of all sealed parts.
