A beautifully styled vase, made around 1922 at Plateelbakkerij De Distel in Amsterdam in collaboration with Goedewaagen. Double-signed you rarely see.

In 1922 and 1923 the pottery Goedewaagen took over the Amsterdam plateel and tile factory 'De Distel'. Production was moved to Gouda, which made Goedewaagen known for high-quality decorative porcelain in the Jugendstil and Art Deco styles.

Height is 12.5 cm and it is hand-painted and signed, a distinctive model with griffins. Design by Lion Cachet.

This one is in good original condition and not restored. The upper rim feels a bit rough.
It concerns model number 116, edition 7.

Mooi gestileerde vaas en is gemaakt rond 1922 bij de Plateelbakkerij de Distel in Amsterdam in gezamenlijkheid met Goedewaagen.  Dubbel gesigneerd zie je weinig.

In 1922 en 1923 nam aardewerkfabriek Goedewaagen de Amsterdamse plateel- en tegelbakkerij 'De Distel' over. 
De productie werd verplaatst naar Gouda, waardoor Goedewaagen bekend werd om hoogwaardig sieraardewerk in Jugendstil- en Art Decostijl.

Hoogte is 12,5cm en handbeschilderd gesigneerd, bijzonder model met Griffioenen. Ontwerp van Lion Cachet.

Deze is in goede originele staat en niet gerestaureerd. Bovenrand voelt wel wat ruw aan.
Betreft modelnummer 116, uitvoering 7.
