Carving, The Birth of Christ - 15.5 cm - Shell

A large and superbly carved mother of pearl shell, measuring circa 15,5cm in height and weighing 130g, decorated with nativity scene depicting Joseph and Mary to the left, the three wise men to the right and the angel overhead.

Condition: Good, one small repair to the top, barely visible, small hairline to the lower right, no further damages or repairs. Minimal wear.
