Murano - Ashtray - Murano glass

Vintage glass bowl/ashtray made in Murano, Italy, in the 1950s. Crafted in traditional Murano technique with an organic, ruffled "fazzoletto" (handkerchief) form. The piece features clear glass in tones of black and smoke-grey, with silver and gold aventurine (avventurina) flake inclusions throughout, creating a shimmering, frosted texture with warm golden highlights among the silver and black. Finished with small applied glass feet at the base. Unsigned, attributed generically to a Murano glass manufacturer. Versatile as a jewelry bowl, ashtray, or display piece, ideal alongside other Murano glass. Very good vintage condition.
