Designed by fan designer Nicolas Carlier, it depicts a Haussmann-style Parisian streetscape with varied façades and floor heights and includes detailed interiors across multiple levels. Ground-floor builds comprise a bakery, flower shop, and corner bistro, with upper floors featuring a luxury living room, kitchen with dining area, billiard hall, apartments, an atelier, and a rooftop terrace; the set also includes 16 stickers. It was offered as a limited-run BrickLink release capped at 30,000 units, with shipments beginning in July 2024.
