At PhotoIreland Festival 2011 Martin Parr selected this title as one of the most important 30 photobook titles of the decade. The title was mentioned also in: Martin Parr , The photobook , vol 2, page 316. Paperback with jacket (there was no hardcover edition published) with dustjacket and with bellyband. 243 x 190 mm (1/2 x 7 1/2 in), 132 pages. 129 colour photographs. Design by Shoko Yamana. Very important japanese photobook. Wonderful book with a new and very individual style of photography. Condition: Dustjacket with minimal trace of use, but without defects (no tears, no taped tears, no missing parts). Pages inside like new. Bellyband excellent! Very rare as first printing! Very scarce with the true first bellyband! Bought at Paris Photo same year.
