The obverse features the linked coats of arms of Tyrol and Austria linked by a chain, symbolizing the historical union of the two territories, while the reverse shows the face value surrounded by the coats of arms of Austria's nine federal states. Minted in a *Proof* finish, this specimen exhibits extraordinary mirrored fields and matte-finished relief with a strong contrast, characteristic of top-quality issues.
