Statue, de worp - 15 cm - Bronze, Marble - 2012

This small bronze piece was issued in a very limited edition to prize winners, high officials, and VIPs during the European Judo Championships in 2012 in Chelyabinsk. The design is by artist Viktor Mitroshin.
It is cast from high-quality solid bronze and mounted on a solid precious base of green marbled serpentine stone from the Ural region.
It has been owned by the very well-known judo coach Chris de Korte, who was among others the coach of Olympic champion Mark Huizinga.
