Description from the seller

This Moser vase in “royaliteglass” was presumably made to commemorate the trip (dedicated to golf) to the famous French resort town of Luchon, also nicknamed “The Queen of the Pyrenees.” The vase celebrates, presumably, the memory of the summer of 1936 spent in the wonderful region of Haute-Garonne. The mountain landscape engravings are perhaps inspired by advertising panels from the period. Estimated period 1936-1945. In the images one can notice the tonal changes typical of Moser’s “royaliteglass.”

Material: Bohemian crystal
Conditions: excellent
Author: object produced at the Moser glassworks, engraver unknown
Dimensions: height 25 cm
Shipping method: standard or express postal delivery, also international shipments
