Stöckli Netstal - Poacher - Copper, Brass - fishmonger

Beautiful copper poissonnière, with lovely brass handles.

The poissonnière is 42 cm long without handles and 52 cm long with handles.
The beautiful solid brass fish on the lid is 14.5 cm.

Inside the pan is tin-plated and has a removable stainless steel rack, which can be set on the side to let the fish drain.

The pan comes from Switzerland and is from the brand Stöckli Netstal

The pan has a few light dents, but is absolutely not bothersome.
