Royal Delft (De Porceleyne Fles) commemorative charger, 1976, 36.5 cm. Large hand-painted Delft Blue earthenware charger produced by De Porceleyne Fles, Delft, commemorating the 30th wedding anniversary of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden’s grandparents, King Gustaf VI Adolf and Queen Louise—dated “19-6-1976” in the central decoration.

Richly painted with a crowned monogram surrounded by floral and foliate ornament, with banners naming “Götaland,” “Svealand,” and “Norrland.” Finished with a contrasting ochre rim. The reverse bears the De Porceleyne Fles factory mark, painter’s marks and limited-edition number 19/500.

Diameter approximately 36.5 cm. A substantial Royal Delft commemorative piece combining traditional Dutch Delft craftsmanship with Swedish royal iconography.
