Pioneer PL-100 FG servo belt-drive turntable, semi-automatic (auto-return)
The Pioneer PL-100 is a reliable, semi-automatic turntable from the early 80s (produced around 1980-1981). It is a robustly built turntable known for its simple operation and solid build quality.
Made in Japan
The arm returns automatically to the rest position at the end of the record, and the player shuts off.
Technically in very good condition, cleaned inside and out and speed recalibrated to factory specifications.
Very well-built statically balanced S-shaped tonearm with adjustable tracking force and tracking weight compensation (anti-skate).
Original Pioneer headshell with cartridge and a good needle.
Hinges are also in perfect condition; the dust cover stays nicely open as it should.
Runs very smoothly and steadily thanks to the direct-drive, the motor is very quiet.
Equipped with a strobe and pitch control for precise adjustment of the desired speed.
A 45 RPM adapter for playing singles is also included.
