Heavy French copper sauté pan with cast-iron handle. The pan is made of solid copper and has a low, wide shape. The long handle is attached with three copper rivets. Due to the 3 mm wall thickness, this is a solid piece of professional cookware. The recent re-tinning makes the pan suitable for culinary use again.
Diameter 30 cm; length including handle 62 cm; height 9 cm; solid copper with a 3 mm wall thickness, featuring a recent professional re-tinning, hallmark "BDG" on the wall, in good overall condition with a beautiful natural patina on the exterior.
