2-euro commemorative coin in Belle Épreuve quality (mirror finish), issued by Monnaie de Paris for the Principality of Monaco in 2026. Second coin in the series dedicated to the Traité de Péronne (1641), it commemorates the duchy-paria of Valentinois granted in 1642 by Louis XIII to Prince Honoré II — a title still borne by the Prince of Monaco. The obverse features the bell tower of the Sainte-Croix Collegiate Church in Montélimar. Individually numbered specimen (No. 09059) with a limited edition of 15,000 pieces. Complete with original case, display case with the Grimaldi coat of arms in gold and certificate of authenticity signed by Marc Schwartz. Never circulated, in sealed capsule.
