Description from the seller
Collection of three old mechanical corkscrews, made of brass/metal and equipped with various open-frame mechanisms.
The three pieces each feature a distinctive T-shaped turning handle and a mechanical screw system that winds the spiral into the cork and then pulls the cork from the bottle.
The corkscrews show a lovely, natural patina of age, appropriate for their age. They have intentionally not been polished so that the original character remains preserved.
There are no visible trademarks, numbers, or initials detected. The manufacturer and exact country of origin are therefore unknown.
Quantity: 3
Material: mainly brass and metal
Estimated period: late 19th / early 20th century
Origin: European private collection
Condition: good used antique condition with normal signs of aging and wear; see the photos for a full impression.
Interesting set for collectors of antique corkscrews, wine accessories, and historical curios.
The photos form an integral part of the description.
