Bang & Olufsen - RL 60.2 Speaker set

Bang & Olufsen Beovox Red Line RL 60.2 (Type 6513). A beautiful vintage speaker set with the original floor stands and the original Red Line speaker cables.

The RL 60.2 was designed by the famous Danish designer David Lewis and is part of Bang & Olufsen’s iconic Red Line series. The design from the late eighties has grown into a true design classic: at once distinctly 80s, yet timelessly modern. The speakers can be used both as free-standing units and wall-mounted, and at the time were innovative due to their cabinet construction without parallel side walls, which greatly reduces cabinet resonances.

Technically, both speakers are in excellent condition. They have been tested and function as intended. The sound is clear, detailed and neutral, with a wide stereo image, a pleasing spatial reproduction and a surprisingly deep and controlled bass response for a speaker of this size.

Cosmetically, the speakers are in very nice condition. The front fabrics are clean and tight, with only a few small holes that are not noticeable from normal viewing distance. The original floor stands are also very neat; a few small lacquer imperfections have been touched up and are only noticeable up close. See photos for a good impression of the condition.

This set is particularly attractive because the original floor stands and the original Bang & Olufsen Red Line speaker cables with the characteristic red markings are included.

Complete and pristine sets like this are rarely offered in 2026.
