Description from the seller

Beautiful Art Nouveau fish serving set from the 19th century, consisting of a large fish fork and a matching fish knife.

One design by the French silversmith Boulenger (1876-1899).

He was one of the leading Parisian silversmiths (Orfèvrerie) of the 19th and early 20th century.

Weight is 238.0 grams.

After decades of careful collecting I have decided to part with (part of) my collection. I wish these distinctive objects a place with a new enthusiast who understands the value of historical preservation. It is time that these pieces receive the attention they deserve, so that they are preserved for the long-term future as well.

I ensure extremely careful packaging and insured shipping.
